Communities are made up of people, and everyone has a story. Sharing student spotlights on social media is one way to bring those stories to the forefront. In each of my strategic social media plans, I like to use this tactic to humanize a brand and activate user ambassadorship to expand content reach. Inspired by viral sensations like Humans of New York, these social media campaigns have leveraged the power of the student story.
