One of my specialties is implementing an Instagram strategy to organically increase followers, which has a positive impact on content engagement and reach. Instagram is a fickle platform—growth takes a knowledge of the best times to post, an awareness of your audience, attention to aesthetics and consistency of content.
Over the course of a year, I increased Seattle University’s Instagram follower count by 36.72% (+2,064 followers). In seven months (from July 2017 to February 2018), I increased followers across UC Davis Student Affairs Marketing and Communications‘s client portfolio, some examples being UC Davis Student Life (+718), Student Health and Counseling Services (+204) and UC Davis Stores (+106). These growth benchmarks were achieved without a paid social media boosting campaign.
