Campaign Components
Social Media
I served as the lead team member for social media marketing strategy in UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions’ 2018 Admitted Student Campaign. With an eye for innovation and using new tools to engage admitted students, our team employed several tactics, including a hashtag strategy (#New2UCDavis), Facebook profile filter, pre-prepared downloadable social media squares, Facebook groups for admitted first-year students and for admitted transfer students, and two Facebook live panel broadcasts featuring current UC Davis students. I also provided consultation on other aspects of the campaign to include pathways for admitted students to engage with UC Davis on social media.
